We’re excited to kick off the Back to You Nutrition at TTS program with our upcoming Zoom meeting! This will be an excellent opportunity for everyone to connect, share insights, and set ourselves up for success as we start on this journey together for the month of September.

WEEK ONE: Tracking/Logging Nutrition
We’ll talk about the importance of tracking your meals and snacks, and how logging your nutrition can help you stay accountable and make better food choices. Learn tips and tricks for keeping your logs accurate, finding what works for you, and keeping it manageable as well.
WEEK TWO: Eating the Rainbow
Explore the benefits of incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables into your diet. We’ll discuss how to create balanced meals that not only look great but also provide essential nutrients to fuel your body.
WEEK THREE: Meal Prepping/Trying New Things
We’ll cover strategies for planning and preparing meals in advance, saving you time and effort during the week. Plus, we’ll encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and try new foods and recipes.
WEEK FOUR: Sustainable Nutrition
This week, we’ll focus on creating a sustainable, long-term approach to nutrition. Learn how to enjoy indulgences in moderation, plan for holidays and events, and avoid the diet mentality. This approach will help you develop habits that last, leading to long-term success.
