Self-Care is something we hear so much of, and a term that I’m not overly a fan of to be transparent. I think it hits me like the word ‘moist’ hits most people. On that note.. We went out to the movies with The Transformation Station last Friday night. It was such a healthy time.. and it wasn’t weird that my friend besides me was eating rice cakes, and I was drinking a protein shake. Seek out uplifting friendships and relationships that encourage personal growth and bring out the best in you.
