Progress Update!

Hey everyone! I wanted to address some questions I’ve been getting about my Sunday weight loss progress posts. I’ve decided to stop posting on Sundays because, well, I need a break! Plus, making graphics every morning was starting to feel like a chore. I did find that weighing-in each Sunday helped me refocus, but I realized that I was also doing it to please others and prove my progress to them.

But fear not, my friends! I am still making progress and if you’re interested, you can still ask me about it. I’m an open book when it comes to my journey.

On the note of progress however, I did my INBODY scan this morning (I do my body composition analysis once a month) and I’m happy to report that I’ve lost an additional 2% body fat, hitting a new low, and increased my strength on every limb. I’m thrilled that what I’m doing is working, so I’m going to keep at it without making a public spectacle.
